A chef full of life, warmth, creativity, humor, & joy...
Marion was born and raised in Mexico City. She grew up experimenting with local ingredients in her mother's kitchen, while wearing a chal on her head like a chef's hat. She went to culinary school in Switzerland and worked in various places in Mexico City. She moved to San Diego in 1999 to open a welcoming, fresh fish & seafood restaurant with influences of her Mexican roots.
